2024/2025 Dwaine and Louis Plummer Scholarship Fund

Description
The Dwaine and Louis Plummer Scholarship Fund is designated for Howard County, Indiana students entering or currently enrolled in a two or four-year medicine or nursing program.
Applicant must not be an employee of KeyBank National Association or any of its affiliates. Immediate relatives of any such employees are also ineligible.
Requirements
In order to qualify for the Dwaine and Louis Plummer Scholarship you must:
- Applicants must be a graduate of a High School in Howard County, Indiana and currently enrolled in one of the programs listed below:
- Four-year B.S.N. program (So long as such programs result in a R.N. designation)
- Medicine (So long as such programs result in a M.D. degree)
- Pre-Medicine
- Three-year Associate program in Nursing
- Two-year Associate program in Nursing
For First-time Applicants, you will be required to complete and submit the following with your application:
- Transcript of Grades
- Career Interest
- Financial Statement
- Recommendation Forms
- Transcript of Grades
- Financial Statement
Payments:
Scholarship payments will be made in one disbursement directly to your institution and will be split between fall and spring semesters.
Communication:
